Format a timer to show Msec instead of frames
I use Camtasia to view/analyze processes where we are always trying to save second. I have been using the timer for a couple of years. Q: How can I format the timer to show Msec or time instead of the Frame count.
Currently-offline I take the frame count *2/60 i.e. 0;25*2/60=.83 seconds
For better presentation I would like my video to display 0.83 sec instead of the 0;25
I'm looking for less work not more as I need the timers to dynamically sync to my video frames I analyze the program frame by frame. In one video I have over 30 timers. Here is another screen shot showing six timers at once. If I could just do some formatting of the timer itself i.e. Cycle Time %(g,mm):%(g,ss);%(g,ff) where we could do some math to the %(g,ff)*2/60 or (ms,ff)

You wrote you use Camtasia to view/analyze processes.
How do you capture / record the videos?

2 cameras. Waterproof USB 4k camera in the machine a Samsung phone on the program. The timers are added editing/dissecting the process for waster moves or dwell looking for msec of waste.
