7 things Techsmith needs to address with Camtasia

Hi .

To start with I use this program every day and thing this is an awesome bit if software,  There are things that I feel are lacking or need attention as follows.

1: Copy clips and effects with hotkeys,

Ctrl Drag for example.

2: Paste clips on the same track it came from,

It always pastes them below right at the bottom, why?

3: Audio scrubbing

would be nice to have this.

4: 3rd party plugin support.

I own loads of plugin effects, why not let us use them here?

5: Standard color adjustments

I can only see this as a Visual Effect, where are the standard color grading adjustments? Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Vivid, Sharpness, these should be there for every track with the ability to apply to all tracks if needed.

6: Auto play when relocating the play-head while its playing.

When the video is playing and I srcub forward I do not like to have to keep pressing play, same for editing, have a auto play feature.

7: Remove Auditae from taking up so much space for audio tracks

I don't use this feature, yet its open and taking up too much room.

  regarding # 2 ...

  if you copy or cut a clip, you can paste it on whatever track you want [assuming there is space] by right-clicking on the target track, and selecting the "paste" option

  Thank you, I will try that, maybe if possible be worth getting the short cut Ctrl + V to work the same.
