It used to be so easy to set a preset. Now the GUI is obtuse and totally un-iontuitive. WTH!!

I don't want to watch an f'g video to do somethhing I've been doing for the 15 years I've been using Snagit. What? The got a new crew in that decided to make everything oh, so much more clever, but way more difficult to use?

Hi,

Sorry about this! What version are you coming from? I don't believe the presets interface has changed in the last 7 versions.

I now have the latest. In the past the hot keys have carried forward.

In any case I finally figured it out after many frustrating attempts.
