Hotkey already registered

I am getting "Hotkey already registered" when I try to select PrtScn as the hot key for All-in-One, and there is no option to override presets already set as shown in the help. I have been using this preset for years and want to continue. What can I do?

  That could be because you've posted this in a Camtasia support group, and "All In One" is a Snagit feature. You haven't specified which version of the software (whichever software you're referring to), but in all recent versions of Snagit you do definitely have the option to "override other hotkey assignments" in File => Capture Preferences =>  Hotkeys tab... assuming that you're using Windows. (Which you also haven't specified...)
