When I launch Capture the dialog pops up with a link to Sign in.
I click the link and it opens a page in my browser that says I'm logged in, and a button for "Launch Desktop App".
When I click that button, a new pop up opens that says "Sign In Failed. Could not Sign In: Exception thrown: A task was canceled."
The original dialog remains, still saying "Sign in to TechSmith Capture".
If I close the original dialog before clicking "Launch Desktop App", nothing at all happens when I click it.
This first started happening 2 days ago. No Windows (10) updates or any other configuration changes have occurred on this PC.
I tested my credentials and have been able to successfully log in to my TechSmith account on the browser, but nothing I've tried with allow my to open/use Capture.
