Upload Video Thumbnails Post Production
I have requested to re-add the functionality of uploading JPEG images to video using Screencast. The new Screencast 2023 only allows setting a thumbnail from within the video, which doesn't work in a corporation. The current workaround is to add the JPEG at the zero mark within Camtasia, but that becomes tedious or impossible when the thumbnail changes or if the video was not originally edited with a local user.
Please make it possible for Screencast users to manually upload a JPEG image Thumbnail to any Screencast videos.
See the original request below.

Hi Linda! I saw your other thread where you noted that your company has specific branding requirements around videos. What I didn't catch, but would appreciate hearing if you don't mind, is:
What types of videos are you making? Where are you "posting" these?
That is, are you making videos to ask for feedback from coworkers? Or are they training videos? Demos? Do you send out a link via email/slack/etc? Or do you perhaps embed them in a website or LMS?

all our videos are not being hosted on Screencast. There is a variety of videos for a variety of purposes all aimed at an external audience.
Some of the videos are directly loaded using an MP4. Other videos are transferred from Camtasia.
