Blur a selection

The blur tool only does rectangle selection. It would be nice if I could blur a selection.

    Hi,

    When you say a selection, do you mean text selection, or some other shape like oval, polygon, or freeform?

    Like the Selection Tool.

    "Point-to-point" would be the best option in order to include irregular areas.
