How can I raise a support request with TechSmith?

For years, the Camtasia software isn't able to render all OTF/TTF fonts properly. Some of them aren't even listed in the font list. See this comparison of Microsoft Word, Corel Photo-PAINT and Techsmith Camtasia:

Ah, yes … I was (unsuccessfully) looking for support in the menu bar at the top.
