Snagit fails to start with windows start
It is extremely disappointing to find out that a Product I paid a lot of money for, including upgrades and maintenance membership (which I canceled btw), doesn't get such an essential issue fixed. I see there's a 2 year old forum thread where people are addressing the same issue and no solution has been found. snagiteditor: Unable to start Snagit on windows startup – TechSmith Support
I previously submitted a ticket for this (same as others did) but did not get relevant guidance for troubleshooting and the issue is still there.
I canceled the maintenance membership because of this issue and am slowly looking forward to using the snip tool from Windows, as Snag-it tech support doesn't respect themselves enough to respect their customers in return.
