Please add vertical wipe transitions.

I am aware of the technique discussed in this thread, but this is overly complicated and not easily reusable.

For example, I have an arrow annotation with circles at each end. I added a slide-right transition to it, which causes it to expand from left to right, then collapse to the right. This is a reusable asset on its own - I can copy it and resize it to mark UI elements I want to underline.

I can't do the same for a vertical arrow (expand top-to-bottom, then collapse to the bottom). This can be worked around via the group/rotate technique discussed in the thread, but I can't reuse that asset directly - changing its length doesn't affect the arrow, but rather, affects the group, distorting the beginning/end circles. So I need to create each vertical arrow individually through many steps. This works, but it's far more work that should be required.
