Copying snagx files
I copied some screen captures from snagit to my google drive for archiving, now I cannot view them. They were saved in a snagx file type but downloading them from Google and trying to import them they are not recognized and snagit will not open them. They were taken about 6 weeks ago so aren't particularly old. I've tried opening them from my downloads folder, importing them from my downloads folder and even copying them into my library location but snagit gives me an error that they are an "unsupported" file type.

What is your "Decimal symbol" setting in your Windows Region settings? (see https://support.talkdesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047099811-CSV-Files-and-Regional-Settings)
Is it decimal, comma, or single-quote? (Or something else?)

You might want to contact our tech support team, they can help you with identifying what the problem is with those files and how to fix it.

Is there a number I could call to open a ticket?

You can contact support through this page: https://www.techsmith.com/contact.html
Phone support is available for active Maintenance customers, otherwise you can use email or create an online support ticket (see the above page for references to all that). HTH
I am still curious about your decimal symbol setting... (there is a newly found bug related to that)
