Crashing

This program is constantly crashing or the editor needs to be shutdown from the task manager. Very annoying.

What version are you using? Do you get a window stating Snagit has crashed or does it silently crash?

Do you get such a screen when it crashes?

nothing appears, it just stops working and closes down. I then have to manually close down the editor from the task manager and then restart the screen capture software.
