    KenSchleede, well, if you don't mind paying extra (as you stated), then as Kayakman mentioned, there's Audiate.
    If you're just looking for a quick & easy way to search for "near zero audio", I recommend separating the audio & video track (via a right-click option on the main track), and then just look across your audio timeline to see where the volume drops to "near zero".  If the default size ("height") of the audio track makes it difficult to discern audio levels, simply click & drag the track's top bar to increase the height, which will make audio levels more pronounced.
