Latest Windows Update broke Snagit. (KB5026446)

2023-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5026446)

After installing this update Snagit took a backseat to Snipping tool priority of the Print Screen button key.

I've already tried to uninstall the Microsoft Snipping tool but i think its now baked into Windows 11, and wont uninstall fully.

I've also tried to disable snipping tool with regedit, that didnt work either:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\TabletPC

REG_DWORD - DisableSnippingTool , value 1

I've repaired Snagit -- didnt work. I've uninstalled fully and reinstalled Snag it -- didnt work.

(as i wrote this i found the solution so keeping it for others to find)

The update appeared to add "Use the Print Screen key to open Snipping Tool" to "On" in Accessibility > Keyboard

Toggle that off and snag it takes priority again.
