Grabbing text from other alphabets (i.a. Cyrillic)

Hi.

Grab text is great as long as I grab something using the Latin alphabet, but anything Cyrillic just doesn't work (or I'm missing a step or something).

Please add support for other alphabets or let me know what I'm doing wrong.
