K-Lite (https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm)

Hello,
I am playing video from K-Lite (https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm). When Snagit video capture is turned on to capture the region where the video is playing, then this region turn black. The recording does happen but the region captured is black.

Any suggestions how to resolve this ?
