Send to OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint not working

Hello,

we have the following Problem. We cant sharing or send to OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint.

Some Users has the same error. I found a Ticket in the Community but no solution.

Errormessage OneDrive:

If i want select a new folder:

If i select a new Folder the List is Empty for Sharepoint and OneDrive:

 

We have uninstall the Plugins and delete from Userprofile. We have install the plugins again but we get the same Error.

 

Snagit Version: 2023.0.1 (64Bit) (Build23930)

Windows: Windows 10 Enterprise

 

Can you help us for this issue please.
