Can't install Snag-it on my personal computer.

I purchased Snag-it on my work computer which gave me a key for 2 devices.  My work computer had no problems, and it's older than hell, but the OS is Windows 11.

My home computer is a lenovo with Windows 11, and I get an error message saying that what I'm trying to install is not Microsoft approved???!!! Really?  Everything at work is Microsoft, everything.  Why can't I install this on my personal computer?
