Flexibility to arrange editor on screen to personal preferences

My job requires to use Snagit for image and video clipping for bug reports.

Here are some enhancements for all users:

1. Flexibility to arrange panels to my preferences. 

The screen is crowded with the library and right-side panel.

As a full-time user of the product, I'd like to see the panels be arranged by me, not by the software.

Often I need to review onscreen details for bugs and the panels are in a fixed position.  

2.  Allow full library search of any media, filename, etc. 

3.  Allow the user to arrange or set what's visible in the library

It's difficult to find what I am looking for.  

I would like to search the entire library by filename, or a general word but this is limited for my use.
