Default Captions

Hi,

We have a client who requires captions in Arabic and English. I am able to add both captions by using the instructions in this article: https://youtu.be/hrqtCq7ZXYg

How can I make Arabic the default caption? So when someone opens the video, the Arabic captions show up and then they can change it to English if they need to.
