these hotspots , when clicked, are set top land on a marker location ... correct?  try changing the hotspots to go-to-time; use the marker time locations

it would help if you could do a short screencast showing you interacting with the produced video's hotspots

your images are a little blurry; what objects in the canvas are the hotspots?

also, it does look like the timeline items showing yellow are the hotspots; they seem to end at a marker ... correct?

try moving the end of those hotspots 3 frames to the left of the marker locations

I tried doing both suggestions and got it to work. Thanks so much! This was so frustrating to figure out.

I work with projects that employ lots of hotspots all the time, and I've experienced what you described many times.

I've concluded that the SmartPlayer sometimes gets confused when a hotspot target and marker are co-located; hotspots often require slight experimenting to work reliably; also, Chrome handles them much better than Edge

glad you got things sorted out

That's good to know about Edge, I'll make sure to let my team know about that one. I greatly appreciate your tips in this matter. Thanks again!
