Snagit 2023 Scrolling Capture Issues

I've noticed lately that if I want to capture a vertical scrolling area in a browser that for some reason the capture opens up a browser menu and includes it in the screen grab.

It doesn't happen all the time, but happens in various browsers and websites.

I think this can happen if you had focus on a menu or a form text box or the browser address bar before attempting the capture, when Snagit tries to scroll the browser window it may cause unplanned things to happen in the browser UI, depending on where focus was previously.

My recommendation is to click on the body of the web page (or maybe on the browser scrollbar) so focus moves away from any UI (menus or web page forms) and then start the capture with Snagit. In the meantime, I'll write up a task to explore addressing this in Snagit.
