Hey guys...I'm doing some troubleshooting with Techsmith support.  Would one of you simply do a generic reply to this thread?  I need a sample email reply from the forums and your reply here would kick that off.

  Thanks, Cristi.  I didn't get the results I was expecting.  I'm gonna pop over into the Camtasia forum and try again there.  If you'd be so kind to do the same...
