I hid the Jing sun, now I can't use the program...

I installed Jing and in the settings I chose to hide the Jing sun (I didn't want it to be on my screen  when I wasn't using the program) but now I can't use the program. When I start the program the logo shows up and then disappears and I can't find the sun to find the recording options. I've tried un-installing and re-installing the program and have rebooted my computer twice.

  Hi there - I'm so sorry you've had problems trying to resolve this issue! If you hid the Jing sun, you can still access Jing in your system tray (the area on the right side of your task bar with the time and date). Here's how:

  Hi.
  I've a Mac, and I ́ve the same issue as "pinkcowgirl18". After push the option of "quit" I can ́t use  the program again.  When I try to use again, always shows the same message. "jing is already running look for the sun...", but the it ́s not there.
   I ́ve attached a picture with the message. 
  What I can do to restart the jing?

  When I click on the Jing icon the response is that it is already running. But the yellow disc does not show
  and I cannot use the program. What to do?
