  Hi,
  To recover deleted file 1st check in recycle bin, if it is not there you have to use some software. If the file is overwritten it will be difficult to recover. Try Recuva, it is a free software: https://www.piriform.com/recuva/download In case if this software doesn't work, I suggest you to go for a paid software.https://www.sfware.com/deleted-file-recovery/recovering-permanently-deleted-files.html

  If you sync your video to a Google Account, you can do the following:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google photo album app.
  2. In the top left corner, click on "Menu" - "Trash".
  3. Touch and hold the photo or video you want to restore.
  4. Click "Restore" at the bottom. The photo or video will be returned to your phone.
  To prevent the video from being deleted again, enable backup and sync.

  I just accidentally deleted my 2hr video and I found it in the Trash bin. Just restore it and get my video back.
