Jing video: Preview Requires Latest Flash Player
I have Windows 7 and have Jing installed. When I create a video and attempt to play it back, it keeps telling me that I need to install the latest Flash Player. I install it, close the browser as it directs me to, then press Refresh Preview. Nothing happens. It simply doesn't work. Do I need to install a specific version of Flash to work with Windows 7? What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind--this issue has since been sorted by one of my co-workers. Turns out I had to install Flash on Explorer in order for it work. :-) 0 -

Keeps telling me to install the latest flash player on Chrome on MAC. I've closed Chrome and reopened it, I've rebooted the system, I've stopped the jing app and restarted it... Jing won't play my video's as it repeat itself over and over to install the latest version of flash. 0 -
