I am using TechSmith Relay Recorder. I keep getting the message "The selected camera is being use by another application. To select the camera, please close the other application."
To summarize the issue:

- My USB external logitech camera has been working fine with the techsmith relay software. It stopped working (see the picture of the message I get below) after the last Windows update.
- I have checked the task manager to see if other programs are running - they aren't.
- I have rebooted the computer several times.
- I have tried different USB ports on my computer.
- I have deleted the camera driver and reinstalled upon a reboot.
- I have tried just about all the suggestions you get when you google the error message.
- Unistalled TechSmith Relay - rebooted - Reinstalled - same message
- Then just to make sure the camera was working, I did a google hangout and the camera worked fine.

I am sorry to hear about your issue. Do you know specifically which update you did prior to this issue occurring?
I see you also have a HP HD Camera listed as well. Does disconnecting the USB device allow for that HP camera to connect?
