I am using TechSmith Relay Recorder. I keep getting the message "The selected camera is being use by another application...."

    Hello Michele,

    I am sorry to hear about your issue. Do you know specifically which update you did prior to this issue occurring?

    I see you also have a HP HD Camera listed as well. Does disconnecting the USB device allow for that HP camera to connect?

    Will do on the ticket. Thanks for the quick response. I don't know what update occurred. And yes, the camera built into the laptop works fine.
