    Carolin,

    Sorry to hear you are having problems.  We do see the error you are reporting occasionally.  Generally we can fix it by manually modifying your rdg file.  Since you had a problem submitting a ticked, I would suggest calling our tech support number (800.517.3001 or 517.381.2300).  They should be able to help you.
