Could you post a screenshot of what you see when you click on Preview?

So, you were able to successfully export the video and the HTML file, but when you open the HTML file on your hard drive, you see the same blank results?

I am not able to see any part of the quiz when I open the file. I see the blank quiz in the preview frame while creating a quiz.

I understand you're not seeing anything inside of Camtasia, but I'm still not quite clear on whether you see anything in the web page that you export out of camtasia using "share->local file..."

I don't see any quiz (not even a blank page) after I exported out of camtasia.

I double clicked "index.html" and could see quizzes!! Thank you!
So, even if I cannot preview quizzes while creating, I can upload files with quizzes, correct? I will be using a local site (moodle) and am wondering which file(s) to upload.

unfortunately it didn't fix the problem (I created a couple more questions). But it's okay. I hope that it will eventually be fixed as I have a long way to go. My last question is whether I should upload the whole folder (which contains the media folder and the html file) to my local site. Thank you!

I'm not sure about exactly how Moodle works, but I believe it is an open source Learning Management System (LMS).

Generally speaking, oftentimes with a LMS, you package things up in a zip file for use with SCORM format. And you upload the single zip file to the LMS. The process of the LMS serving the content to the learners involves unzipping things so that all files are there.

You might post on a forum dedicated to supporting Moodle to see how others are handling content created using Camtasia. They will likely have better and more specific information.

There's like a kabillion different LMS' out there. Each one handles things a bit differently.

    Cheers... Rick :)

OK. This may be fixed in our next release (there was a bug related to this that has been fixed) so hopefully that will help. Sorry for the trouble in the meantime.

Yes- upload the whole folder, and point people at the index.html page (or use the contents of that page elsewhere in your moodle site)

    It worked for me.

Time to upgrade, I guess. ;)

Are you using Camtasia on Windows or on Mac?  You have posted this question in both a Camtasia Windows thread and a Camtasia Mac thread?

I am having the same issue, this is incredibly annoying because the quiz is the reason why I bought Camtasia. Please let me know when this is fixed? I am using Camtasia 3 for mac

Did you try the steps from the replies above? (exporting it, looking at the web page from the exported files...)

It's not working for me either on my MacBook air. Frustrating!!! Do you have a fix?

Is your problem the same as above? A blank window when you preview? Or do you have a different problem?
