"screencast.User.GetInfo" error

I love Jing too much, but today, when I turn on my PC (WIndows 10), I received a message: "The API returned an error when calling: "Screencast.User.GetInfo" Screencast.com is currently down ""- Please, could someone help me? I tryed to reinstall the Jing but it keeps sending that message. Thank you very much. No possible to sendo a screenshot of the message.

Hi Guy,

If you are referring to the error message shown in this support article, then that is to be expected as Jing has been retired (see here and here) and we're offering TechSmith Capture as a free alternative.

There is nothing to do or fix.

As the message states "Screencast.com is currently down"

Screencast is currently unavailable due to maintenance.
