Can I delete files on my pc with the Snagit file type "snagundo" without losing any data?
I have accumulated quite a large datastore while using many different Snagit versions over the years. In trying to reduce the size of the folder where these files reside, I noticed that among the 895 files, 160 files are the file type ".snagundo" (the rest being ".snag"). Can I delete these snagundo files? (I did a quick spot check and it looks like they all may have a corresponding .snag version). Would i lose any data by deleting them? (if so, what?) Is there any risk or potential downside to deleting them? Big Thanks! -Christine

Those are mostly unsaved captures. From windows explorer highlight (say) 10 at a time and load them into snagit. Then do a SAVE AS for the ones you want and DELETE the ones you no longer need. Then look back and that folder will be falmost cleaned out 0
