I am doing videos now for a course. The course is in the fall too, and I want to use those videos. How long do videos stay in the system?

Hi - I am recording videos NOW for a summer course. The same course will be offered in the fall and I would like to use the same videos for that course. How long will the videos stay in the TechSmith system? Thank you!

  When you say "the TechSmith system," are you referring to Knowmia (formerly Relay)?

  For Knowmia Pro users, we do not delete any of your content while you still have a valid subscription. If you cancel your subscription, after 60 we would delete the content.
