techsmith.com website is DOWN for over two weeks
Your website techsmith.com is down for over two weeks, pages are not working
techsmith.com: Redirect me to techsmith.com/dashboard/ which has Welcome to XAMPP for Windows 7.3.3 text
Example for pages

I thought that you closed your business but I found the forum working and all your subdomains working good, So what's the problem with the main website and its pages??

The example link you supplied works just fine on my own PC. Sounds to me that you need to have someone investigate on your end.
Note that I'm a simple user same as you.
Perhaps try a different browser? Clear your browser history perhaps?0 -
techsmith.com is alive and well.
My bet is that you have a hosts file entry that is preventing communication with TechSmith.com from your computer. While the problem on this support article is not the description of what you're experiencing, I believe the solution will resolve your issue.

Posting again because there's something about your post that concerns me. If I am correct about you having a hosts file entry, it could also mean that you have a web server running on your local machine. XAMPP is a web service development platform which is designed for hosting of web pages on a local computer; that is *your* machine. If you did not install XAMPP yourself, you might want to do an anti virus scan of your computer as it could have been placed there by someone with malicious intent.
