Hi! I have had problems with Jing in the last days, I tried to install it again and it continues with the same error, how can I solve it?

Hi there!

This is likely due to the fact that Jing was officially retired on July 14th, 2020. See this announcement for details on the retirement and see this Technical Support article regarding the actual error message.
