Relay starts but when pressing start, an unknown error occurs

    Hello, 

    I am sorry to hear about your issues. Many times this can happen when Audio or Video drivers, on that machine are not up to date. 

    If you check your Windows Updates, do you have any Video or Audio Driver updates available? 

    One quick test that can be done, would be either to change the microphone you are using, or disable your microphone/system audio capture temporarily during recording, to see if that gives the same issues.
