Jing images post move to Capture
AnsweredWhere are my old images captured in Jing that i have built up over the years? i've logged into screencast.com and there's nothing there.
Please advise what the migration path is and clarify if there has been a migration of content as part of the Jing replacement.

Hi AlexSiliconReef and thanks for posting!
If you were using Jing on your Windows PC and weren't regularly saving to Screencast, then you'll want to check the location you were manually saving the files to; they should be stored there. If you weren't saving them and were leaving them in the Jing History (not the recommended method of saving content) then you'll want to review the following support article as it will walk you through recovering those captures (assuming you are on the original machine that captured the content and that you have not previously uninstalled/reinstalled Jing).-Robert
