Captions problem

Hi,

I uploaded a video into TechSMith Knowmia and added and edited captions. When I watch the video from my TechSmith library, it has the CC symbol and the captions are visible.

But when I watch the video after linking it in Canvas, the captions aren't there and there is no CC button to click to see them. I tried both embedding it and having a URL link -- no CC options or visible either way.

Can you help?
