    I'm on a Mac (Catalina 10.15.6) and am having this same issue. It was working a week or so ago.

    achapparone: I never had a response from the support team, but I found that my account storage had reached capacity and that is why I was receiving the error on my system. Found this by pure chance.

    I cleared my history and it worked again for me. Hope that helps,
