    That is odd; it should be remembering you. I assume you mean "Screencast.com" when you say, 'the website'?

    Today it's the https://support.techsmith.com/ website that I've had to log in again.  Will monitor.  By the way, what's new with the latest 1.1.14.517 version?

    oh, yes, we have an issue with the support site where you have to log in more often than you should; we're working with Zendesk to resolve the issue.

    I believe v1.1.14 of Capture removes the webcam controls from the main UI.  These were deemed redundant because you can turn the web cam on/off at the actual time of recording.
