Problems with Knowmia Captioning
I was asked to contact support about a problem with captioning my video. So far, I have not found anyone in support that knows Knowmia is supposed to do the captioning for me when I request it. Is there anyone in the user community that can give me a clue so I can continue working? So far, support is clueless.

After enabling closed captioning onto a recorded video file, is it possible to download the file with the closed captions?0
Due to the way we create captions, quizzes and other interactive elements in the video, these are not available if you download the video since they are stored separately from the media file itself.
