    I talked to the Capture windows engineer and he said...

    Haven't seen that one before.  I would say check the install directory to see if the files are installed and try launching from there ( AppData\Local\RelayRecorder\RelayRecorder.exe ), and if it still doesn't launch, try clearing the settings and launching again (delete AppData\Local\RelayRecorder_Settings folder)
     
    If that does not make sense, or does not work for you, please contact support.

    Thank you. I had to delete any existing TechSmith that was within the same AppData Folder before it would come back up again.
