Camtasia 3 on Windows 10

Hi, and thank you for being here. I have just installed my old Camtasia onto my new computer. The version that I've had forever is 3.12. Can this be made to work on Windows 10, or must I upgrade?

  I should say that I'm working a dual monitor system and Camtasia doesn't seem to want to record the region that I specify. If I have more than one window open, and I clearly say I want it to record A window, it will record some small portion of B instead. It's making me nuts.
