Links that were once working are now not working.

I had set up a number of links to lectures stored in Knowmia. I tested all of them. Now they are not working. None of them!

As an aside, I discovered this when I attempted to copy content from one class to another within our learning management system. Everything else copies fine, and I am not sure this has anything to do with the links not working, because when I checked the links from the class I was copying from, all of those links are failing as well.

I hope there is an answer to this because I do not have time to do all of those videos over again, but if the links fail like this, what have I accomplished?

Links to content are definitely supposed to stay the same long-term. I'm sure the videos aren't gone, so you won't need to recreate your videos.

Can I ask how you got your links, and then what you did with them? That is, where exactly did you copy the URL from? Did you paste a link for students to click on, or did you embed the video inside a page of your LMS? Or..?

Hello I am also curious if your links happened to be to YouTube videos? We were made aware of a bug where those videos stopped playing back for a period from last evening until early this morning when the issue was fixed. Please let us know if you are still having issues.
