Youtube videos that used to work in techsmith relay are no longer working! Is it a problem with Knowmia!

All my youtube videos that I have uploaded into TechSmith relay (now Knowmia) with embedded quizzes are no longer working. I spent several days creating these videos with have embedded quizzes and now none of them works. I just used them in my summer class and they worked fine! First day of class and students can't watch their introductory videos? That's very disappointing!
My IT department has submitted a ticket to Relay for help and I'm waiting to hear from them. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, did it ever get resolved?

This issue is now fixed. If you are still seeing the issue, do a hard refresh of the page and you should get the updates.

Sorry for the vague jargon, clear your browsers web cache and reload the page is what I was hinting at. I'd like to clarify what isn't working too. Are you not able to start the YouTube video?

I can send you a link to try, don't want to post it here but yes I have sent it to people who never viewed it and it will not play. I have clear my cache used different computers, browsers etc same result
