snagit is trying to upgare another version, dont knwo waht to do

Hello, hope someone can help me.

 

When ever I start my pc I get message that snagit Version is already running and I need to uninstall it to in stall a older version. I not sure if the  version I should install or not.

do i need to install this version 13 over version 19?  it is also difficult to get help on here.  How do i stop it from trying to install version 13.  Any help would be appreciated

  Hi there

  Seems the message is indicating that you have two different versions of SnagIt installed on your PC. Version 19 and version 13.

  Unless you need version 13 for some reason, I would uninstall version 13 so that you are left with only version 19 installed and the problem should clear.
