    Thanks for the feedback!

Let me restate what I think you are doing, and you can correct what I will inevitably miss - that way I can better understand what you are running into.

You record some audio, then fix the transcription for specific terms the speech to text missed on.

After that, you need to add some additional audio based on feedback, so you re-record the entire script including the new audio.

    Is that correct?

If so, we can save you time. You can record or import new audio in an existing project without having to recreate the entire project / recording. In the transcript or waveform view, select where you would like to record new audio, and press the record button. This should record and insert new audio and transcription starting where your cursor was located when you hit record. To import audio at the playhead or cursor, select File > Import Audio.

This should not effect the already corrected transcription in any way.

Let me know if I've missed something or misunderstood your workflow.

Oh - and on your frustration about the transcription service not learning your terms - We are aware and planning to address that.

We aren't currently sharing data back to the transcription service for it to learn your industry terms or custom words, but we plan to allow for that in the future. It would all be done anonymously - but before we implemented this ability, we wanted to make sure users had the option to turn it off.
