Transfer files from old hard drive - computer not working

    If you can still access the actual hard drive, then you'll want to go to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\TechSmith\Snagit\ on the drive (it is likely a hidden system folder so you'll need to have the Show Hidden option checked in the view tab of a Folder window) and copy that to the same location (while Snagit is not running in the background) on the good computer. See here for our support article that should walk you through the process of manually moving/restoring the capture Library.
