Video Caption Service Unavailable

I have 2 deaf students.  I spent HOURS correcting the speech to text subtitles.  Then published, now I get this error:

"Video Caption Service Unavailable

If you continue to experience this problem, please contact support. Click OK to exit the caption editor."

 

Is there anything that can be done?  I have tried copying it? I can not longer modify them.  I cannot export them.  Nothing.
