    Hi there!

    Would you happen to be using a Laptop keyboard? If so you may need to hold down the "Fn" key while tapping the Print Screen button.

    Thank you for the prompt response!  I actually didn't need to do that- apparently I had Citrix Receiver running in the background and I think that caused some type of problem.

    Ah, okay; thanks for following back up. So you were able to then get Print Screen working with Snagit? It might be related to this Citrix support article. You may want to discuss it with your IT team to see if there's some Citrix-based setting that might be taking over the Print Screen function?
