The reason you're running into this issue is because that is Jing, which we retired in July of 2020. Please uninstall Jing from the computer then install TechSmith Capture. To do that, please log into www.screencast.com then click on the "Launch Capture" option in the upper right corner of the page:
This should then download and install TechSmith Capture. You should then be able to log in and start taking captures.
I downloaded TechSmith capture, but I can't sign in. And when creating a new account the Country list is empty.Please, help me with this issue.
